Prez Sez - Banquet Time!

Kudos to Abdullah Delibasic for hosting the 3rd annual lamb feed at his beautiful business facility in Brandon. It was a smashing success with record attendance! Thank you so much, Abdulah, we all love you!

 The SFCC Annual Banquet will be held on Saturday, November 9th at the Five Oaks Event Venue. We are stepping things up this year and offering a choice of prime rib or a grilled pork chop. If you plan to attend you need to get your check for $30.00 per person to treasurer Elaine in the mail pronto. Elaine needs to receive your check on or before Thursday, October 31st because that is the day she provides a head count to Tony’s Catering.

Be sure to mark your meat choice on your check. If you show up at the banquet you will get your uncashed check back. If you don’t show up your check will be deposited because we have to pay for the meals that are ordered. The annual banquet is also a great time to pay your 2025 dues.

The annual banquet will feature the American Legion Post 15, the SFCC’s charity, will be posting the colors. The social time starts at 6:00 p.m. ~ the colors will be posted at 6:25 p.m. ~ and serving for the meal will start at 6:30 p.m. Lots of special stuff will go on during the banquet including a slide show of SFCC activities and many awards will be passed out. Additionally, a special surprise will be given! This is an event you don’t want to miss!
